‘I attend Boot Camp three times a week. It’s fun, friendly and local. Each session we work each different muscle group as well as cardio so it’s ideal for all-round fitness and it’s half the price of the gym. It’s made a massive difference to my fitness. I’ve gone from a size 16 / 18 down to a size ten and in total I’ve lost nearly 5 stone. I get lots of help and support and I love being outdoors. I’d say to anyone who’s thinking of giving it a go, whatever age you are, come down and give it a try. I’d recommend it to anyone.
